Do you have a track record of being able to help a Team to successfully grow sales? Have you executed on successful Marketing Campaigns? As the Face-to-Face Sales and Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing and growing a high-performing lead generation department that fuels our in-home sales team. This department is responsible for connecting with homeowners at events, home shows, and retail stores, qualifying them, and setting appointments on the spot. The role requires strategic planning, execution, and leadership to drive high-quality leads, increase revenue, and ensure cost-effective marketing. You will lead a team responsible for building relationships with potential customers , managing budgets, and maintaining a winning culture that drives revenue and profits. You will assist the outside sales team to create written proposals, acquire samples, attend Home Shows. Must have digital marketing experience, knowledge of SEO, Google, Facebook, etc Must have proficient computer skills. Must have an established presence in South Florida.
