Key Responsibilities : * Act as the primary point of contact for current and potential new customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success. * Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential customers by understanding their goals and challenges. * Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand customer accounts. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions and sales. * Prepare regular customer presentations and performance updates. * Resolve customer issues promptly, escalating as needed to ensure positive outcomes and sales. * Stay updated on industry sales trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and great service. Qualifications : * Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). * Proven experience in Customer Service and/or Sales roles, preferably in a client-facing customer service or sales role. * Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. * Proficiency in CRM software and Salesforce. * A customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to achieving client success.
