Full description of the position
The Data Minds Career Program is a 20-month international journey designed to fast-track recent graduates into exciting careers within Stibo Systems. Through three rotations (including one abroad), you'll gain hands-on experience, a global mindset, and a powerful professional network. You'll join with other graduates, be assigned a mentor and buddy (a former graduate!), and follow a development path focused on both personal and professional growth. From day one, you'll be solving real business challenges and shaping the future of data management. Track: Presales This track is for graduates passionate about technology, business solutions, and customer engagement. If you're someone who enjoys breaking down complex ideas and presenting innovative solutions to solve business challenges, this track is for you. During your three rotations, you'll explore: Rotation 1: Presales Consultant - Atlanta, U.S. Collaborate with Sales and Presales teams to develop and close sales opportunities. Present our solutions to prospective clients and define end-to- end business solution demos. Work closely with customers to create tailored solutions based on their needs. Rotation 2: Sales Support - Aarhus, Denmark Support the Sales team in delivering client-facing presentations and demos, including creating compelling business cases and conducting workshops to uncover customer pain points. Develop a deep understanding of customer use cases and vertical markets. Rotation 3: Presales Consultant - Atlanta, U.S. Work closely with the global team to support sales efforts and expand your knowledge of vertical markets. Develop social selling techniques, research target accounts, and collaborate on building strategies to move prospects to opportunities. What We Are Looking For * A degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. * Passion for technology and helping organizations solve challenges through innovative solutions. * Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, engaging ways. * Interest in Solution Consulting and presenting tailored business solutions. * Ability to work with C-level executives and build long-term relationships. * Understanding of vertical markets and customer use cases is a plus. * Proactive and curious, with a readiness to learn by doing.
