We are actively seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team of Sales Crew Members. As a Sales Crew Member, you'll work face-to-face with customers, delivering a superior customer experience while guiding them through service upgrades, device activations, and new account setups. We recognize the demand for the latest technology, and our mission is to provide customers with the newest devices, exclusive promotions, and top-tier service. The Sales Crew Member will be trained to become an expert in customer outreach and enrollment, creating personalized solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive growth. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth sales process--from initial consultation to closing the sale and overseeing delivery and installations. Prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success. Key Responsibilities of the Sales Crew Member: * Engage directly with customers to promote available AT&T products and services to eligible customers * Educate customers on AT&T's latest technology, ensuring they feel confident in their purchase * Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with a professional, solution-oriented approach * Collaborate with internal sales and client relations teams to exceed sales goals and increase market share for our clients * Stay up to date on promotions and new product offerings * Maintain and manage customer accounts with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
