Our Sales Associates are a major driving factor behind our success at our Chf Clearance Center. We offer extensive product and sales training if needed to insure your success! We are looking for candidates at our Chf Clearance Center who are looking for a change, want to make a lucrative income, have some fun, and are as excited as we are about the direction of the company. In the world of retail our store offers our sales teams a very attractive schedule.

Responsibilities

Duties

• Greet and engage customers, discovering their home furnishing needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and offer an unforgettable shopping experience.
• Build rapport with clients, earning their business through your ability to demonstrate product, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent listening skills
• Ability (with training), to qualify, overcome objections, offer add-ons and upsells that create value and a good fit for the customer.
• Hold yourself accountable to reach your sales goals
• Assist the Manager with ensuring furniture product and displays are maintained per the sales floor maintenance guidelines
• Actively participate in store meetings and training/coaching sessions.
• Maintain knowledge of all available resources of training, and actively participate in self-development including one on one coaching if necessary and growth through company resources.
• Ensure you have a deep understanding of all sales rules and regulations
• Work Saturdays and some evenings until (7pm). Store closed on Sundays.

• Retail (sales) experience and skill
• Highly motivated and punctual.
• Passion and drive to reach your financial and professional goals
• A genuine love for meeting new people
• A bit of computer know-how
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Bilingual is a plus. Not required.
