Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. * Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify appropriate insurance products for clients. * Negotiate policy terms and conditions to meet client requirements while maximizing company profitability. * Market insurance products through various channels, including telemarketing and outside sales efforts. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in the insurance landscape. * Assist clients with benefits administration and claims processing as needed. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the sales administration system. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry or related fields. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence clients effectively. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear client interactions. * Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is a plus. * Experience in telemarketing or outside sales is highly desirable. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple client accounts effectively. * A valid insurance license may be required depending on state regulations.
