Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and build relationships. * Engage in warm calling to follow up on previous inquiries and nurture leads. * Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records. * Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits. * Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and opportunities for growth. * Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. Requirements * Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing is preferred. * Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers. * Experience with outbound calling techniques and warm calling strategies. * Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales processes. * A customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
