Location: Tampa, FL Compensation: Base Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE: $150,000+) Job Type: Full-Time | Managed Services Provider (MSP) Experience Required About Us ClearView Business Solutions is a new and rapidly growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) focused on delivering high-quality IT solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. We specialize in managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, document solutions, and network infrastructure. As we establish and expand our presence, we are looking for a Sales Manager to build, lead, and scale our sales team from the ground up. This role is ideal for a driven and experienced MSP sales leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, can develop sales processes , and is eager to drive business growth through new client acquisition. What You 'll Do * Build and lead the sales team by recruiting, training, and mentoring high-performing sales professionals. * Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and establish our market presence. * Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outbound sales efforts. * Manage the entire sales process , from lead generation to closing high-value managed IT service contracts. * Create and refine sales processes, scripts, and training materials to ensure consistent success. * Meet and exceed sales targets by optimizing prospecting efforts and implementing best practices. * Collaborate with leadership and technical teams to align sales efforts with business goals and service offerings. * Establish strong client relationships to ensure long-term success and customer retention. Who You Are (Qualifications & Experience) * 3+ years of MSP sales leadership experience (Required). * Proven track record of building and managing a successful sales team. * Strong B2B prospecting, pipeline management, and closing experience. * Deep understanding of managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, VoIP, and IT infrastructure. * Highly competitive and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Ability to create and implement scalable sales processes from scratch. * Stable work history with no more than two positions in the last four years preferred.
