Overview

We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be the face of Boise Pest Control, engaging directly with homeowners to offer free pest inspections and promote our comprehensive pest control services. This position offers significant growth opportunities as our business continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Proactively canvass neighborhoods to identify potential clients and offer free pest inspections.
• Client Consultation: Educate homeowners on common pest issues and the benefits of our services.
• Sales Presentations: Present tailored pest control solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the service team to ensure seamless delivery of promised services.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous sales experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
