Real Estate Acquisition Specialist Commission-Based Role About Us: We are a distinguished real estate investment firm specializing in acquiring and flipping Luxury Houses, Multifamily, Mixed-Use, and Shopping Centers nationwide. With a proven track record, we excel in identifying and seizing lucrative real estate investment opportunities. Responsibilities: * Originate and cultivate leads for Multifamily, Luxury House flips, and Commercial Real Estate acquisitions. * Present potential acquisition opportunities to our team for evaluation and decision-making. * Conduct comprehensive market research, property due diligence, and financial analysis to support acquisition strategies. * Assist in preparing offering memorandums and cash flow models for potential acquisitions. Qualifications: * Experience in real estate sales or acquisitions preferred, but not required. * Motivated self-starter passionate about real estate investment. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to thrive in a commission-based, independent contractor role. Training and Development: * Comprehensive training provided on lead generation, property analysis, due diligence, and investment document preparation. * Opportunity to learn from industry experts about Multifamily, Luxury House flipping, and Commercial Real Estate investing. Compensation: * Commission-based structure as a 1099 Independent Contractor. * Earn while you learn, with significant income potential based on performance.
