Full description of the position

The Breakers is looking for a Sales Associate to join our Guerlain team. The ideal candidate is someone who has an understanding of makeup application with an in depth understanding of skin care. Prior Fragrance experience preferred. Must be a team player who is friendly, motivated, and service oriented with sales experience to work in a busy retail shop. This positions requires the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to provide outstanding guest service and be responsive, proactive and highly adaptable.

Responsibilities

:

• Greet and build rapport with customers, offering personalized product suggestions and services.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, following directives from Store Management.
• Provide customized makeup application experiences to meet customer needs and preferences.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge to improve the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

:

• Proven sales experience in a retail setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Must be responsive, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic retail environment.
