URGENTLY HIRING Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing assigned territories, generating leads, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to analyze market trends, and a proactive approach to outside sales. Responsibilities * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. * Manage assigned territory effectively, ensuring coverage and maximizing sales opportunities. * Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling. * Engage in outside sales activities to meet with clients and present solutions tailored to their needs. * Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. * Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and during account management. * Complete all paperwork thats needed from start to finish and all followup with potential client * Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving sales performance. Requirements * Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred. * Strong skills in product demos and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. * Experience in sales with a track record of achieving sales targets. * Proficiency in lead generation techniques and outside sales strategies. * Ability to analyze data and market trends for informed decision-making. * Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships. * Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage accounts effectively. * Familiarity with relevant software tools that support sales activities is a plus.
