Associate - Leads Team

• Show up motivated and prepared to succeed daily.
• Stay organized, manage leads efficiently, and continuously develop your sales skills.
• Treat every incoming lead with the understanding that it represents a significant investment.
• Learn from mistakes and apply those lessons to improve performance.
• Be comfortable offering rates higher than standard auto financing, as we focus on commercial equipment - we are not financing civics and corollas.
• Proactively communicate with clients via calls, emails, and texts to facilitate deals. What We Offer:
