Responsibilities: * Interact with customers to create awareness about our solar products and services. * Build positive relationships with potential clients and qualify leads for solar consultations. * Effectively communicate the benefits of scheduling a solar consultation with our experienced team. * Set appointments based on customer interest and availability. * Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and customer interactions. Qualifications: * Previous experience in appointment setting or customer-facing roles is advantageous. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. * Proactive and results-oriented mindset. * Ability to quickly build rapport with a diverse range of customers. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
