Our top teams at KW Metro Center Arlington are looking for licensed real estate agents to join & grow their team! Do you currently have your real estate license or in the process of getting your real estate license? Are you looking for support, top notch training, marketing, leads and the knowledge needed to navigate today's market? Responsibilities: * List and sell residential real estate * Negotiate contracts with buyers and sellers * Prepare market analysis to help determine property value * Educate clients on basic real estate procedures * Daily Script Practice and Role Play. * Daily Lead Generation for a minimum of 3 hours per day to include inside and outside lead sources. * 2 open houses per week. * Meet accountability standards and attend weekly consulting sessions. * Working with buyers - you must get energy from this activity and have passion for them no matter the life situation.
