More information is available at: [please apply online] The Job: Rental Showing Agent - utilize time management to show rental vacancies for additional income and learn about the rental industry. Responsibilities: * Schedule and perform showings on your assigned properties (weekdays + at least 1 weekend day). Scheduling must be arranged with applicants and current tenants using our scheduling software and your company provided email. * Use software and procedures to pre-qualify applicants for rental showings. * Provide an excellent customer experience by: communicating with prospective applicants to schedule showing times that work for you, the prospect (and sometimes a current resident). * Field email inquiries from potential tenants for your assigned properties. * Meet at main office as necessary during business hours (M-F 10am-4pm) for training/instruction. * It will be your job to arrive on time to scheduled event, locate the lockbox or key access device, unlock the property, turn on all lights/open shade for optimal showing environment, smile, answer any questions the lead might have based off the provided rental listing information, fill out a tour questioner, and securely lock up the property. Simple right!? * Based on performance we may provide additional miscellaneous property management support (having keys made, making flyers, placing/updating yard signs, documenting issues with digital photos, property walk thrus etc.). Skills: * Well developed organizational and time management skills. * Proficient computer skills; comfortable learning and working with third-party property management software and other utilities. * Able to handle and manage competing deadlines. * Comfortable and productive working independently. * Personable, punctual and professional. * Attention to detail is required. Prerequisites: * Ability to perform job remotely, including access to a computer and the internet. * Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, personal cell phone, and automobile. * A complete Background/Screening check is required. * Colorado Real Estate License or previous real estate property showing experience is preferred. Work Hours: * Part-time employment with variable/flexible hours depending on the number of listed properties. * Weekend and/or evening hours may be necessary to accommodate applicants. Compensation: * Compensation is commission based at 30% of the leasing fee (typically half of 1 month's rent) for each property, minimum $250/lease. Payment is provided after lease is signed and compensation request is received. * W-9 sub-contractor position.
