Job Overview Independent Medical Associates (IMA) is seeking a motivated and results-driven Independent Medical Sales Representative (1099 Position) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring that they are well- informed about the benefits and features of our offerings. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a background in sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients in the medical field. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists. * Conduct outside sales calls to promote medical products and services. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure sales. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities. * Prepare and deliver presentations using Microsoft Word and other office tools to effectively communicate product information. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials that highlight product benefits. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Requirements * Proven experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical sales is preferred but not required. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word for creating reports and presentations. * Strong analytical skills to assess market data and make informed decisions. * A customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
