Job Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of various social media channels, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize content. Duties * Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. * Create engaging content tailored to target audiences while maintaining brand voice and messaging. * Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns. * Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. * Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media. * Manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner. * Assist in negotiating contracts with influencers or partners when necessary. Requirements * Proven experience in social media management or a related field. * Strong understanding of real estate administrative tasks and property management practices is a plus. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. * Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations is preferred. * Proficient in using various office tools and software for content creation and scheduling. * Ability to file and organize documents efficiently related to social media campaigns. * Knowledge of facilities management is beneficial but not required. * Strong negotiation skills are advantageous for potential collaborations or partnerships. * A passion for staying current with digital marketing trends and social media innovations.
