Job Summary: _ MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH SALES!_ HOURS: Monday-Friday 4:30am- 7:15am with a Saturday rotation of 7:30am-10:15am. Duties: - Greet and welcome members & visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Check members in and out efficiently - Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to members and visitors - Handle member requests and concerns promptly and effectively - Process payments and maintain member accounts - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other teammembers to ensure member satisfaction - Utilize social media efficiently & capture social media content Qualifications: - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional service - Proficiency in front desk operations - Confident in sales or able to learn a simple sales process This position description is not intended to be and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of responsibilities, skills, or working conditions associated with this position.
