You are driven by a passion for surpassing goals. When given specific KPIs, you go above and beyond. Your problem-solving abilities, coupled with your capacity to ask insightful questions, make you adept at overcoming objections and effectively closing sales. You possess the skills and traits necessary to create a custom solution for each homeowner you speak to. You have a history of earning at least $90,000 in a variable compensation plan, with the ambition to earn over $120,000. Experience in the residential market is highly preferred.
