Responsibilities

:

• Provide a personalized shopping experience , building lasting relationships with clients.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of luxury fashion, current trends, and designer collections.
• Assist clients in selecting garments and accessories that best suit their style and preferences.
• Maintain an elegant and inviting boutique environment, ensuring visual merchandising is in line with brand standards.
• Meet and exceed store sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Develop and maintain a client book , engaging with clients through follow-ups and exclusive previews.
• Process transactions efficiently, handling high-end merchandise with care and professionalism.
• Stay informed about product knowledge, new arrivals, and exclusive collections.
• Work collaboratively with team members to uphold the boutique's reputation for excellence.

Requirements

:

• Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in women 's fashion.
• Strong understanding of high-end designers, fabrications, and styling.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mentality.
• Professional, polished, and fashion-forward appearance.
• Ability to build rapport with a discerning clientele and provide an elevated shopping experience.
• Goal-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
