We are seeking a passionate and polished Luxury Sales Associate to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our clientele. Job Responsibilities: * Provide a personalized shopping experience , building lasting relationships with clients. * Demonstrate deep knowledge of luxury fashion, current trends, and designer collections. * Assist clients in selecting garments and accessories that best suit their style and preferences. * Maintain an elegant and inviting boutique environment, ensuring visual merchandising is in line with brand standards. * Meet and exceed store sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service. * Develop and maintain a client book , engaging with clients through follow-ups and exclusive previews. * Process transactions efficiently, handling high-end merchandise with care and professionalism. * Stay informed about product knowledge, new arrivals, and exclusive collections. * Work collaboratively with team members to uphold the boutique's reputation for excellence. Qualifications & Requirements: * Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in women 's fashion. * Strong understanding of high-end designers, fabrications, and styling. * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mentality. * Professional, polished, and fashion-forward appearance. * Ability to build rapport with a discerning clientele and provide an elevated shopping experience. * Goal-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * Proficiency in using POS systems is a plus.
