At Express Appliance and Mattress Outlet, we are looking to hire a new sales associate for our flagship store in Boise. This is an exciting time to join our company as we grow with major brands like Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Tempur- Sealy, and more. Express Appliance is the highest rated appliance retailer in the Treasure Valley, with consistent 5-Star Google reviews. We are looking to continue to offer top-notch service by hiring someone that brings positive energy and cares about our customers. Daily tasks include direct sales for major appliances and mattresses, and offering technical advice or troubleshooting for common appliance problems. No previous experience in the appliance/mattress retail or repair industry is necessary. Training to be supplied for industry specific knowledge and sales process. Essential duties include:

• Interacting with customers
• Professionally fit customers to the right mattress
• Taking phone calls
• Troubleshooting common appliance issues and parts sales
• Offering general advice on appliance needs
• Assisting in marketing efforts on FaceBook Marketplace and Craigslist This is a 40 hour/week job, 5-days a week, including weekends. Total

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills to assist and engage with customers effectively.
• Sales aptitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills to convey product information clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
• No prior appliance/mattress experience required; training will be provided to develop necessary skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
