Requirements: * A current real estate license or willingness to obtain one. * Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Comfortable using technology and learning new tools. * Prior sales experience (preferred but not required).
