How You'll Shine: * Conduct 1v1 in-person sales presentations in our state-of-the-art sales center * Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners * Communicate the benefits of traveling with Hilton Grand Vacations * Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques * Effectively present and deliver sales presentation in accordance with company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements * Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings * Keep current on product knowledge, materials and industry trends * Provide follow-up with owners to increase retention and client satisfaction * All leads are provided and prequalified by Hilton's award-winning on-site marketing team!
