Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic New Home Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding potential homebuyers through the purchasing process, providing exceptional customer service, and showcasing our new home offerings. Your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs will be key in helping them find their dream home. Duties * Conduct product demonstrations of new homes to potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits. * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, offering guidance, and ensuring a positive buying experience. * Utilize sales techniques to effectively sell homes, including understanding buyer preferences and closing deals. * Maintain an organized inventory of available homes and manage stock levels to ensure accurate representation of offerings. * Assist clients with financing options and paperwork necessary for the purchase process. * Employ basic math skills for calculating costs, payments, and other financial aspects related to home sales. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction. * Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients. Requirements * Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, particularly in retail or grocery store environments. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele; bilingual candidates are highly desirable. * Proficiency in basic math and retail math for accurate transaction processing and financial calculations. * Familiarity with cash register operations is a plus. * A passion for helping others find their ideal home and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed, to accommodate client schedules.
