Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our Design Studio sales team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the Sales Leadership team and coordinating various events related to Event Design for in-house events, restaurant bookings, and small corporate meetings. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for client communication, proposal creation, and ensuring the successful execution of events. Responsibilities: * Contact clients and create proposals for events * Maintain clear and timely communication with national sales, conference sales, and event sales teams * Collaborate with the operations team and other departments to gather necessary information for event execution * Interact directly with clients to understand their event concept and preferences * Initiate contact with clients to kick off the proposal process * Create and develop event proposals for clients * Coordinate with the operations team to communicate load-in and load-out times * Communicate effectively with security, DS Operations, and Event Operations regarding event logistics * Coordinate all event-related communication, including start times, dates, and any necessary adjustments with the operations team Qualifications: * Strong communication skills * Motivated and results-driven individual * Task-oriented with excellent organizational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment * Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
