The national leader in professional waxing services is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to our The Vineyards location and join our leadership team. Here's what you'll be doing: * Learning how to lead a consistently high-performing team that wants to win. You'll be a hands-on role model for your team, providing continuous feedback. * Selling. All the time. If you want a non-selling "office" job, this isn't it. * Minding the details, delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a fun, professional environment. Here's what you need to bring to the table: * An eagerness to learn and fine tune your leadership skills on a daily basis. * Ability to drive results by consistently meeting or exceeding sales and financial goals. We offer exceptional pay in exchange for great performance! Our base hourly pay is between $17-$20, but including commissions and bonuses, average ALL-IN pay often exceeds $25+ per hour.
