Job Title: Microsoft Solutions Engineer Location: Remote (U.S. Only) Employment Type: Full-Time Seniority Level: Senior Job Overview: Onshore Outsourcing is seeking an experienced and highly professional Microsoft Solutions Engineer to support the design, implementation, and ongoing management of complex Microsoft enterprise solutions. This position combines hands-on technical delivery, client-facing consulting, pre-sales support, and ongoing enablement across Microsoft's cloud and hybrid ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture & Technical Delivery: * Design and implement comprehensive solutions spanning Microsoft Modern Work, Azure, Power Platform, and on-premises environments. * Implement and manage Power Platform governance and lifecycle processes using the Power Platform CoE Starter Kit. * Architect secure, scalable hybrid environments integrating Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and legacy on-prem systems. * Support deployment and configuration of Microsoft Copilot, including security, governance, readiness assessments, and user training. Client Engagement & Pre-Sales Support: * Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating technical requirements into effective Microsoft-based solutions. * Collaborate closely with sales teams to contribute to RFPs, technical proposals, solution blueprints, and architecture presentations. * Deliver client-facing demos, discovery sessions, and workshops to scope and architect tailored Microsoft solutions. Innovation & Knowledge Enablement: * Stay informed and skilled in emerging Microsoft technologies, such as M365 Copilot, Microsoft Entra, Power Platform AI integrations, Viva, and Syntex. * Conduct internal enablement sessions and client-facing educational briefings. * Provide mentorship and serve as a subject matter expert within internal delivery teams. Qualifications: * 10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies including Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint (Online & On-Prem). * Proven ability to design, deploy, and support complex enterprise-level Microsoft solutions (cloud, hybrid, and on-prem). * Expertise deploying and customizing the Power Platform CoE Starter Kit. * Experience supporting Microsoft Copilot deployments, addressing data governance, prompt strategy, and security requirements. * Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to architect solutions utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, Viva, Microsoft Entra (AAD), and Exchange Online. * Prior experience in pre-sales engineering or technical solution consulting. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively engaging with clients and stakeholders at multiple levels. Preferred Certifications: * Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert * Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Compensation: * Competitive total compensation package (base salary plus performance bonuses). * Estimated total compensation: $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and location.
