Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong client relationships through direct commercial sales efforts. * Manage commercial roofing projects from contract signing through completion. * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the roofing and claims process. * Coordinate with production teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery. * Manage project budgets, documentation, and collections. Qualifications * 5+ years of successful sales and project management experience in commercial low-slope roofing. * Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a team environment. * Excellent communication skills and comfort with modern technology (smartphone, CRM tools, etc.). * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Ability to climb roofs and lift up to 50 lbs when necessary.
