Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Internet Sales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive sales and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with customers online, managing inquiries, and facilitating the sales process to ensure a seamless experience from initial contact through to closing the sale. Duties * Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through online platforms and maintain communication until the sale is finalized. * Utilize software tools to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. * Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure inventory control and availability of vehicles for customers. * Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for increasing online sales. * Negotiate terms of sale with customers while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner. * Assist in developing promotional strategies to enhance online visibility and attract potential buyers. * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills in sales management and customer engagement. Qualifications * Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively. * Proficiency in using various software applications related to sales management and inventory control. * Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing sales successfully. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. * A proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and driving sales growth.
