Our employees are not just an asset to Neal Communities and its customers; they are essential to the success of our business * Outstanding Benefits - Health Care - Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Coverage * Excellent Compensation Package * Employer Paid Life Insurance * Supplemental Insurance * Long & Short-Term Disability Insurance * 401(K) with Company Matching Contributions * PTO & Paid Holidays * Employer Paid ID Theft Protection * Employee Home Purchase Discount Program * Tuition Reimbursement Program * Employee Wellness Program * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Employee Service Awards * Vendor Discount Program ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Sell the dream of homeownership with Neal Communities * Provide prospective buyers with valuable model and home site presentation tours * Manage and maintain a clean prospect lead bank in our CRM system * Overcome sales objections; close the sale! * Document transactions, cancellations, and track the progress of loan, options and construction process * Complete, update and submit all weekly, monthly, quarterly forms, assignments and reports * Perform consistent Realtor and Community outreach to build awareness of Neal Communities * Conduct all business professionally and ethically to serve potential buyers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company * Uphold a clean and presentable model center * Maintain sales offices and model homes stocked with marketing materials * Follow-up and follow-through with new leads and buyers from initial contact to closing in a consistent and timely manner * Maintain a positive customer experience by setting accurate expectations and educating customers on the home building/buying process * Conduct competition shopping to understand the local new construction market * Develop positive business relationships with the public/prospective buyers, homebuyers and lenders * Contribute to team effort by accomplishing individual and community sales goals * Other duties as assigned, or trained for, or as qualified to do * The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed. WHAT YOU BRING: * Florida Real Estate License required * Recent experience working for a new home builder or developer required * Passion for sales with a positive go-getter attitude * Highly motivated and results-oriented; eager to take on new challenges * Ability to organize, coordinate, multi-task, and complete work accurately while meeting deadlines * Must be able to establish excellent customer relationships and be a strong closer * Demonstrate the desire and ability to gain product, company, and sales process knowledge * Strong communication skills and attention to detail with moderate computer skills PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * This role requires energy and a positive attitude * Position requires walking, standing, talking, sitting, bending, stooping, grasping, writing, typing, repetitive motions, hearing ability, visual acuity, and climbing stairs on occasion * General work that requires the use of office equipment such as computers, copiers, printers, scanners, and telephones * May occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds * Some driving may be required, including a golf cart We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free Workplace Employer.
