• We're Hiring: Dispositions & Sales Specialist - Real Estate w/ a Heart Remote (Texas Preferred) Swift Sell Properties Are you a natural connector with a passion for real estate and helping people? Do you love talking to buyers and building relationships? Swift Sell Properties is hiring a Dispositions & Sales Specialist to help us expand affordable housing across Texas! We 're not just flipping houses -- we're helping families, investors, and communities grow. What You 'll Do:
• Find buyers for mobile/manufactured homes, land, mobile home parks, and single-family homes
• Work with lenders and financing partners to help buyers secure creative funding
• Assign contracts to investors and negotiate win-win deals
• Build strong relationships with mobile home dealers, park owners, and agents
• Grow and manage a robust buyer network of both homeowners and investors
• Represent Swift Sell Properties with professionalism, empathy, and integrity
• Use social media, texting, email, and networking to market properties and grow your reach You 're a Fit If You Are:
• An excellent communicator and connector who loves helping people
• Comfortable talking to buyers, investors, and lenders
• Sales-driven and confident in negotiating and closing deals
• Skilled at follow-up, organization, and creative problem solving
• Passionate about affordable housing and making a difference
• Experienced in real estate, mobile homes, or wholesaling (bonus, not required) What We Offer:
