Overview We are seeking a motivated Realtor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and a drive to help clients find their dream homes. Scholarships available for Real Estate school. Responsibilities * Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms * Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them * Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters * Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value * Display and market real property to possible buyers * Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.) * Maintain and update listings of available properties * Stay knowledgeable about the real estate market and best practices Experience * Proven working experience as a Realtor * Strong sales, customer service, and negotiation skills * Multilingual abilities are a plus * Proficient in administrative tasks related to real estate transactions * Knowledge of real estate law and regulations * Excellent communication and organizational skills Job Type: Contract Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Professional development assistance Schedule: * Choose your own hours Application Question(s): * What is your full name? * What is the best email to reach you at? * What is a good phone number?
