SALES AGENT - THE ROSKO GROUP JOB OVERVIEW We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Outside Sales Agent to join our dynamic real estate team. As an Outside Sales Agent, you will play a key role in driving business growth by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, networking events, and online platforms. Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective buyers and sellers. Client Consultation: Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to understand their needs, preferences, and real estate goals. Provide personalized guidance and information about the homebuying or selling process. Market Research: Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive listings. Use market insights to advise clients on pricing strategies and property marketing. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the buying or selling process. Keep clients informed about market updates, new listings, and relevant industry news. Follow-Up and Referral Generation: Follow up with leads and clients regularly to maintain engagement and foster long-term relationships. Encourage satisfied clients to provide referrals and testimonials to expand the client base. Goal Setting and Performance Tracking: Set personal sales goals and objectives, and track progress towards achieving them. Use sales metrics and performance indicators to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, sales techniques, and real estate market trends through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
