In this role, you will be responsible for guiding potential homebuyers through the sales process, providing exceptional customer service, and showcasing our new home offerings. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, along with a passion for helping clients find their dream homes. Duties * Engage with potential buyers to understand their needs and preferences in new home purchases. * Conduct property tours and present features of homes effectively. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service. * Market new home listings through various channels to attract prospective buyers. * Negotiate sales agreements and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations. * Provide administrative support by maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. * Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
