We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your ability to communicate effectively, handle cash transactions, and demonstrate product knowledge will be essential in driving sales and fostering customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs.
• Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering product recommendations.
• Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced drawer.
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance the customer experience.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customers to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed and stocked.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of store presentation.
• Assist in supervising junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Proficiency in cash handling and experience operating cash registers is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to upselling products and enhancing the overall shopping experience for customers.
• Willingness to learn about new products and stay updated on industry trends.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must be 21 years of age.
