Job Overview We are seeking an experienced, motivated and dynamic Business Development Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement and enhancing the sales pipeline through effective communication and relationship-building strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, be comfortable in a sales environment, and have the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to contribute to the growth of our business. Responsibilities * Engage with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media. * Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. * Ability to handle high phone traffic with a great attitude. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the sales pipeline accordingly. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries * Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. * Must be comfortable with creating walk-around videos for potential customers. Experience * Previous experience in sales BDC is mandatory, automotive preferred. * High-level performer with inbound and outbound phone skills * A proactive attitude towards learning new skills related to business development and sales processes. * CRM Experience *5 day work week, which includes Saturday's.
