Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs. * Operate cash registers and POS systems efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions. * Maintain knowledge of products and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell items. * Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing displays. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. * Perform basic retail math calculations to assist customers with pricing inquiries.
