Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell items.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
• Perform basic retail math calculations to assist customers with pricing inquiries. Skills
• Previous experience in grocery store or retail sales is preferred.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and POS systems.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
