As the on-site Sales Assistant, you will be part of the team responsible for representing and selling world renowned projects. You represent our company, serving as a great first impression and the initial point of contact for our high profile developments. You will be responsible for incoming requests, directing emails and calls to appropriate sales agents, maintaining the work/sales area, flow of correspondence, CRM database management, and more. This role is a great entry point into future opportunities at our quickly growing company. At IMI Worldwide Properties You Will: Schedule and confirm appointments Greet clients, answer the phone and take messages Check voice mail and return phone calls File paperwork Maintain a CRM tool (SalesForce), ensuring all data is entered accurately and immediately Provide basic operational and administrative support (scanning and sending documents, arranging FedEx, stamping offering plans, etc.) Assist with event coordination Coordinate sales tours Maintain office supplies Organize, distribute and keep inventory of marketing collateral Update property website via a CMS system Assist with communication between Sales Agents, Sales Director and project management team What We 're Looking For: Practical and proactive person with the ability to follow through and pay attention to details Confidence in one's ability and the ability to present oneself in a professional manner Technologically knowledgeable and forward-thinking Educational & Work Experience Required: Bachelor's degree Licensed Associate Real Estate Salesperson Is That You?
