Compensation: $70,000 - $165,000 at plan Responsibilities: * Find homes that meet buyer clients' criteria and budget to generate sales faster * Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner * Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients' questions * Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show * Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis * Team and individual sales and lead generation * Convert buyers * Convert showings to sales * Lead follow up * Sales scripts and objection handler mastery * Set appointments Qualifications: * Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car * Driven, motivated and desires professional growth * Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies * Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently * A real estate license is required * Great communication * Commission opportunity * Sales experience * Must live within the greater Phoenix area About Company The Carin Real Estate Network is rapidly expanding!
