Your Qualifications * Passion for sales with aspirations for career growth * Experience working in team settings * Passion for helping others, knowing you are changing their lives by reaching out to them! * Demonstrated experience maintaining communications with prospects/customers * Intellectually curious * Previous experience in Sales Development Role or as a Real Estate Agent is a plus! Not a requirement though- we will teach you everything you need to know. * At least 18 years old * Florida Real Estate License Bonus Points * Basic understanding of South Florida or Orlando Geography .. maybe you grew up here?! * Some knowledge of real estate sales * You have a morning routine that helps you SHOW up to work with a clear and focused mind.
