This role requires a developing a strong understanding of insurance policies (specifically home) through our comprehensive training program to effectively guide clients through their options. Duties * Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide solutions. * Conduct organizing of all leads and insurance policy compliance information * Administer claims processing and inquiries. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions through effective sales administration * Collaborate with team members on outside sales initiatives to expand client base. * Utilize multilingual skills to communicate effectively with all clientele, enhancing customer experience. Requirements * Proven experience in management is preferred but not required * Strong customer service skills * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * All applicants must be bilingual (English and Spanish) * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team * Retail sales experience is advantageous for understanding client needs and preferences. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping. Schedule 8:30 to 5:00 Monday through Friday. This position does not require weekend or after hours work.
