Responsibilities: * Guide customers through the purchasing process and provide follow-up to ensure complete satisfaction. * Develop a thorough understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and key differentiators. * Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics. Qualifications: * Be open to ongoing training and development through our comprehensive sales training program. * Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Maintain a professional appearance with appropriate attire. * Apply basic math skills in handling transactions and calculations. * Work effectively in a team environment, contributing to the overall success of the store. * Demonstrate proficiency with computer-based systems. * Have a minimum of two years of sales experience in dynamic industries such as high-end retail, cellular, automotive, cosmetics, or jewelry sales, where customer engagement and relationship building are key.
