Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for events, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. Responsibilities: * Sales Generation: * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. * Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing detailed information about our rental products and services. * Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotes to potential clients. * Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets. * Follow up with clients after events to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business. * Customer Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, including event planners, caterers, venues, and individuals. * Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific event requirements. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the rental process, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up. * Address customer concerns and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. * Product Knowledge and Industry Awareness: * Develop a thorough understanding of our rental inventory, including tents, tables, chairs, linens, and other event equipment. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new products in the event rental market. * Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our services and expand your professional network. * Administrative Tasks: * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in our CRM system. * Prepare regular sales reports for management, tracking progress towards sales goals. * Collaborate with other team members, including operations and delivery staff, to ensure seamless event execution. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, preferably in the event rental, hospitality, or related industry. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. * Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for exceeding customer expectations. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proficiency in computer skills, including google Workspace and CRM software. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required to meet customer needs and event schedules. Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of event planning and execution. * Experience with event rental software. * Existing network of contacts in the event industry.
