Travel Sales Specialist Spend your work days handling inbound and some warm outbound calls with potential guests interested in booking luxury mountain vacations in legendary ski mountains destinations. Our travel portfolio of 1st class, luxury, and adventure travel will be just one of the tools in your tool box to help our guests plan their next trip to the Mountains. In most cases, you will be the 1st impression of InvitedHome by helping those who reach out to us initially. You will have the exciting task of following up with guests upon their return to hear the rave reviews from your efforts and to help them on their way to their next stay. As a Travel Sales Specialist your days will be filled with a variety of tasks so you will never have another 'boring day at the office': * You will be taking inbound calls and following up with those who express interest in our offerings via online, on the phone, or over video. * You will arrange vacation stays and provide exemplary customer service so that you build lasting relationships and customers who value us as their partner so much that they refer their friends and relatives. * You will be their 'friend in travel' giving them legitimate recommendations, troubleshooting when necessary, and providing advocacy when plans have to change. * We provide you training, cutting edge technology, relevant platforms and apps, and ongoing professional development opportunities so that you provide world-class customer service to advance your career and personal travel experiences to enhance your life. Key Qualifications * Understanding and ability to quickly learn the travel industry. * The desire to succeed and work hard. * You have been complimented about your memory for details about restaurants, hotels, and other experiences. * You have a deep sense of curiosity in regard to the world, people's interests, as well as time saving technology. * You don't mind online training as long as it is concise and rewarding. * You are known to be self-motivated. * You are well versed in email management, writing skills, and have used some form of a database. * You must possess superior communication skills. * You would like to physically 'go to work' in a 1st class 'team' office environment. Office is open 7 days a week, some weekend schedules will be necessary to work * You enjoy meeting new people as well as creating fun filled long lasting relationships with your clients as well as fellow travel industry professionals.
