Full description of the position
Business Developer Maintenance As a top performing Business Developer for BrightView Landscapes, you will develop relationships with customers while meeting or exceeding company sales targets. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to successfully execute a business development strategy, build and manage a sales pipeline and secure contracts within an assigned territory. How You Will Make an Impact Work with prospective customers to discover their "points of pain" and develop SOLUTIONS HUNT for new sales opportunities and analyze a designated territory to develop and execute a PROSPECTING plan Partner with operations team in creating a transition plan to hand off new customer contracts to designated Account Managers Effectively QUALIFY opportunities with decision makers to gain valuable intelligence Build and maintain trust-based professional relationships with key decision makers by providing value based solutions Successfully build and manage a PIPELINE Network and build RELATIONSHIPS with internal and external clients to drive new business results Work in a fast pace environment while operating with a high sense of urgency Build and present customer-centric PROPOSALS Communicate proactively with all decision makers and influencers Plan daily, hit specific activity benchmarks, and CLOSE business COLLABORATE with the operations team members, leveraging their expertise with yours Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Minimum 3 years of face-to-face (B2B) territory based "HUNTER" sales experience at the mid to senior levels Excellent oral and written communication skills to build client-centric and solution/value-based proposals Proven track record of sales goal attainment in a longer sales cycle environment Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Business Developer Maintenance 2 Why You Will Love Working For Us A core component of our BrightView brand is our commitment to taking care of our teams, clients and our communities.
