Inside Sales Representative Are you a natural connector with a passion for sparking conversations and building relationships? At InnoSource , we're growing fast--and we're looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to help us take our outreach efforts to the next level. In this role, you'll be on the front lines of our sales process: initiating conversations, identifying opportunities, and setting the stage for success. Key Responsibilities - Inside Sales Representative What You'll Do As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in building our pipeline. Your day-to-day will include: * Leading proactive outreach campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn * Crafting personalized messages and thoughtful follow-ups to engage prospects * Researching accounts to identify key decision-makers and uncover business needs * Qualifying inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria * Logging all interactions and insights in our CRM system * Collaborating with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies * Scheduling discovery calls for Sales Account Executives * Meeting (and aiming to exceed!) weekly activity and qualification goals * Bringing fresh ideas to team strategy sessions to continuously improve our approach Required Skills and Knowledge- Inside Sales Representative What We're Looking For * A strong communicator who enjoys connecting with people * Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented * Naturally curious and eager to learn * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment * Resilient in the face of rejection and persistent in pursuing results Education and Experience - Inside Sales Representative * 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or outbound marketing * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms * High energy, self-starter with a passion for connecting with new people * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to handle rejection professionally and persist with a positive attitude * Experience working in a B2B or staffing/recruitment environment - preferred * Familiarity with sales email sequencing tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft) - preferred Benefits and Pay - Inside Sales Representative Why Join InnoSource? * Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits * Clear pathways for career growth and advancement * A supportive, energized team that celebrates wins together * An opportunity to be a key part of our company 's continued success About InnoSource InnoSource has been Putting Passion to Work for over 25 years.
