About the Role As our Commercial Real Estate Broker, you'll be working across the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area and extended suburbs while also serving clients from all over the state. This role requires significant driving to meet clients where they are, so having a positive outlook on travel is essential. You'll be helping businesses, entrepreneurs, and investors of all sizes, making a meaningful impact across diverse commercial sectors. You'll have the opportunity to: * Be the face of our commercial real estate division and a trusted expert for our clients. * Work with pre-scheduled appointments generated by our extensive marketing efforts. * Represent all types of commercial real estate transactions, including multi-family, apartments, land, development, office, retail, industrial, and more. * Help clients sell, buy, and lease properties, tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs. * Collaborate with our leadership team to grow and enhance our commercial real estate services. Qualifications * Proven Success in Commercial Real Estate: You must already have significant success in the commercial sector. This role is for elite brokers--not for those who have struggled. * Natural Salesperson: You have strong sales skills, with the ability to build trust and close deals effectively. * Broad Knowledge: Be well-rounded and understand all aspects of commercial real estate, including leasing, acquisitions, sales, development, multi-family properties, land transactions, and investment strategies. * Comfortable with technology and CRM systems for tracking and following up with clients. * Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently. Responsibilities * Claim and attend pre-scheduled commercial real estate appointments with motivated clients. * Provide exceptional service for all transaction sizes --every client matters to us. * Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client and property details. * Consult and advise clients on various aspects of commercial real estate. * Be a leader in our commercial real estate division, helping to level up and expand its reach. * Represent clients in selling, buying, and leasing properties across diverse sectors. * Stay up to date on industry trends, market data, and regulatory changes. * Collaborate with the team to create strategies for division growth. * Show up every day hungry for growth and ready to contribute to the team's success.
