Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Realtor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties - Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms - Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them - Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters - Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services - Maintain and update listings of available properties - Stay knowledgeable about the real estate market and best practices

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of administrative processes - Sales experience is a plus - Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts - Organizational skills and attention to detail - Multilingual abilities are advantageous - Knowledge of fair housing regulations - Excellent customer service skills - proficiency is a bonus - Willingness to Learn all of the above Join our team today if you are ready to take your real estate career to the next level, or begin your Real Estate journey!
